ROni’s REsaurant
This project began with a bold and energetic vision: to create a space as vibrant and customizable as the menu itself. Roni’s Mac Bar was designed to feel dynamic, inviting, and unapologetically fun — a modern take on comfort food brought to life through architecture and flow.
Our approach focused on movement and engagement. The layout was engineered to guide guests seamlessly from entry to service line, creating an intuitive and energetic dining rhythm. Clean lines, contemporary finishes, and brand-forward elements were integrated to reinforce the concept’s playful identity while maintaining the durability required of a high-volume fast-casual environment.
THE transformation
Precision was critical in the back-of-house. Commercial kitchen systems, ventilation, and utility coordination were executed with careful planning to support peak service demand without compromising efficiency. Every structural and mechanical component was designed to operate quietly behind the scenes, allowing the guest experience to take center stage.
The Result
The completed space embodies the brand’s personality — approachable yet elevated, energetic yet intentional. It stands as a testament to how thoughtful construction can translate a culinary concept into a physical environment that feels cohesive, functional, and memorable.
