Tailor is the owner of Vaughn Construction, guiding the company's vision and growth. Tailor specializes in building relationships and creating solutions that help our team as well as clients achieve their goals. It is thanks to his integrity, care and ambition that Vaughn Construction is what it is today.

When he is not at work, you can find him enjoying time with his family or working on the farm.

Operations Manager

Hunter is a Operations Manager at Vaughn Construction, overseeing projects from start to finish. He works closely with clients, subcontractors, and field teams to keep schedules on track, budgets in line, and quality where it needs to be. With a background in residential design, Hunter understands both the planning side and what it takes to get a project built in the field.

In his free time, Hunter enjoys hunting, shooting archery, and spending time outdoors with his family.

Senior Project Manager

Kevin is the Senior Project Manager at Vaughn Construction, overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish. With years of experience in project management, he ensures deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to while maintaining high-quality standards. Kevin thrives in fast-paced environments, bringing strong organizational and communication skills to every project.

Selections Coordinator

Rosemary is the Selections Coordinator at Vaughn Construction, responsible for curating and managing product selections that align with client needs and project requirements. She works closely with clients to ensure their vision is reflected in every choice.

When she is not at work, she enjoys traveling, and spending time with her family.

Accounting Manager

Melanie is the Accounting Manager at Vaughn Construction, where she oversees the financial operations that keep the company organized, compliant, and running efficiently. With a strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving, she plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and long-term success.

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending time with her dogs, family, and friends. She loves being outdoors and camping whenever she gets the chance, with Colorado and Arkansas ranking among her favorite places to explore.

Superintendent

Asa is a Superintendent at Vaughn Construction, overseeing the day to day of projects from start to finish. He ensures subcontractors have the materials they need, keeps each project aligned with the budget, and upholds the high‑quality standards Vaughn Construction is known for. Asa is also pursuing his degree in Construction Management at TSTC, further strengthening his technical expertise and bringing added value to every project he supports.

Interior Designer

As a Baylor Interior Design graduate and a Registered Interior Designer in the state of Texas, Casey brings a technical precision and an elevated aesthetic to every project. Her experience spans the architectural detail of custom homes to the strategic flow of commercial environments, ensuring every space is as high-performing as it is beautiful. She is dedicated to elevating everyday spaces by blending curated textures with intentional layouts, creating sophisticated interiors that honor the craftsmanship of the build while reflecting the unique story of those who inhabit them.

Interior Designer

Macy is part of the Vaughn Construction team and has pursed a degree in Interior Design at Baylor University. She is passionate about creating thoughtful, functional spaces and enjoys learning more about the relationship between design and construction through her work at Vaughn.

At Baylor, Macy had been involved in leadership and collaborative organizations that have strengthened her creativity, communication, and team-oriented mindset. Outside of work she enjoys fitness and endurance training, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Interior Designer

Outside of work, he is usually spending time with family and friends.  And if not that, you can find him traveling or spending time outdoors, always seeking out new experiences and perspectives to fuel his creativity.

Marketing Specialist

Neela is the Marketing Specialist at Vaughn Construction, shaping how our brand communicates, connects, and builds trust across Central Texas. She leads our marketing strategy and ensures every project story is told with clarity and purpose. Her work strengthens the client experience by keeping communication seamless and aligned with the values that define Vaughn. Neela is also pursuing her degree in Marketing at Baylor University, further expanding her expertise and bringing fresh, strategic insight to the way we share our work and serve our clients.

Outside of work, she loves taking pictures with her camera.
