Tailor is the owner of Vaughn Construction, guiding the company's vision and growth. Tailor specializes in building relationships and creating solutions that help our team as well as clients achieve their goals. It is thanks to his integrity, care and ambition that Vaughn Construction is what it is today.

When he is not at work, you can find him enjoying time with his family or working on the farm.

Project Manager

Kevin is a Project Manager at Vaughn Construction, overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish. With years of experience in project management, he ensures deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to while maintaining high-quality standards. Kevin thrives in fast-paced environments, bringing strong organizational and communication skills to every project.

In his free time, he enjoys watching sports and hunting.

Project Manager

Kyle is a Project Manager at Vaughn Construction, specializing in overseeing project timelines, resources, and client communications. With a background in restoration, Kyle brings a unique perspective to each project. His proactive approach and problem-solving mindset ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family.

Project Manager

Hunter is a Project Manager at Vaughn Construction, overseeing projects from start to finish. He works closely with clients, subcontractors, and field teams to keep schedules on track, budgets in line, and quality where it needs to be. With a background in residential design, Hunter understands both the planning side and what it takes to get a project built in the field.

In his free time, Hunter enjoys hunting, shooting archery, and spending time outdoors with his family.

Interior Designer

Natalie, our Interior Designer, leads the creative vision at Vaughn Construction, thoughtfully designing spaces that reflect each client’s lifestyle and priorities. She works closely with homeowners throughout the design process to ensure every detail feels cohesive, functional, and personal.

She credits her time as a cheerleader at Baylor University with developing the discipline and team-first mindset she applies to every project at Vaughn. When she’s not designing, she enjoys spending time with her family and being involved in the Baylor community.

Interior Designer

Outside of work, he is usually spending time with family and friends.  And if not that, you can find him traveling or spending time outdoors, always seeking out new experiences and perspectives to fuel his creativity.

Selections Coordinator

Rosemary is the Selections Coordinator at Vaughn Construction, responsible for curating and managing product selections that align with client needs and project requirements. She works closely with clients to ensure their vision is reflected in every choice.

When she is not at work, she enjoys traveling, and spending time with her family.

Accounting Manager

Melanie is the Accounting Manager at Vaughn Construction, where she oversees the financial operations that keep the company organized, compliant, and running efficiently. With a strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving, she plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and long-term success.

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending time with her dogs, family, and friends. She loves being outdoors and camping whenever she gets the chance, with Colorado and Arkansas ranking among her favorite places to explore.
