The finished project features a thoughtfully layered design that balances durability with elevated finishes. LVP flooring runs throughout the home, providing a clean, cohesive foundation. Stain-grade cabinetry adds warmth and natural character, complemented by a sleek quartz backsplash for a refined contrast. The fireplace serves as a true focal point, with brick extending all the way to the ceiling to create a dramatic, architectural statement. Large windows flood the space with light and connect the interior to the outdoors, while custom window seats add both charm and functionality. In the primary suite, a soaking tub creates a calm, spa-like retreat—rounding out a home that feels intentional, comfortable, and beautifully designed.
