THE VISION
The homeowner wanted an updated, functional home that blended rustic character with clean, modern finishes. The vision focused on improving storage and everyday usability while maintaining a warm, timeless feel throughout the main living spaces and private areas.
Unique Space
The finished home features rich, rustic flooring that adds warmth and continuity throughout. The primary suite was thoughtfully updated, beginning with a large primary closet offering abundant storage and a sliding barn door for added character. In the kitchen, granite countertops and a full-height tile backsplash create a polished look, balanced by open shelving, ample shaker cabinetry, and a farmhouse sink. Matte black finishes paired with stainless steel appliances bring a modern edge to the space. The primary bathroom was also upgraded with a cultured marble shower and generous cabinetry and counter space, including a dedicated makeup sitting space that adds both comfort and functionality.
