THE VISION
The homeowner envisioned an open, light-filled home with a classic, timeless design that would feel elevated yet comfortable for everyday living. The focus was on maximizing natural light, incorporating high-quality, enduring materials, and thoughtfully updating key functional spaces throughout the home, while allowing select areas to showcase bold personality.
Unique Space
The finished home features an open layout designed to highlight natural light and create a seamless flow between spaces. The kitchen serves as a central gathering area, anchored by a large island and elevated by Taj Mahal quartzite used across the countertops, backsplash, and window sill for a cohesive, sophisticated look. The laundry room was thoughtfully updated to be both functional and versatile, featuring a built-in desk area and a mini fridge for added convenience.
The primary bathroom was fully refreshed with new tile, updated flooring, and a new tub, creating a relaxing, spa-like retreat. A custom arched shower opening adds a soft architectural detail that reinforces the home’s classic, timeless character. In contrast, the powder bath introduces a dramatic design moment with a moody, color-drenched red palette, adding depth, richness, and an unexpected layer of personality to the home.
