THE VISION
The homeowner envisioned a bold, modern renovation that emphasized clean lines, statement materials, and an open, connected layout. The goal was to create a sleek, contemporary space with strong focal points, functional storage solutions, and thoughtful design moments that added personality throughout the home.
Unique Space
The finished renovation showcases a striking modern aesthetic, anchored by black cabinetry paired with a waterfall countertop on the peninsula that continues seamlessly into the backsplash for a dramatic, cohesive look. A hidden pantry helps maintain the clean, uncluttered kitchen design. The living space centers around a concrete fireplace positioned as a bold focal point, complemented by modern finishes and matte black light fixtures and plumbing fixtures throughout the home.
The primary bathroom introduces an open shower concept featuring fun green tile that adds color and personality while maintaining the modern feel. Iron and glass doors at the front entry and leading into the bonus room—complete with built-ins—add architectural interest and allow natural light to flow between spaces. A sliding glass back door further enhances the home’s open feel, strengthening the connection between indoor and outdoor living.
