Woodway, TX Custom Homes
Project Silver Spur
THE VISION
The homeowner envisioned a home that felt modern and refined while still grounded in warmth and natural materials. The goal was to create a clean, understated backdrop using light paint and tile, allowing rich wood tones, dark finishes, and architectural features to stand out and define the character of the home.
Unique Space
The finished home balances warmth and modern design through stain-grade cabinetry paired with warm wood flooring for a cohesive, natural foundation. A modern concrete fireplace serves as a central focal point, complemented by a mantle that matches the cabinetry and flooring to tie the space together. Black countertops, matte black finishes, a sleek modern vent hood, and floating shelves introduce contrast and clean lines throughout the kitchen and living areas.
White paint and tile were intentionally used to create a bright, neutral canvas that allows the darker finishes and wood tones to shine. A standout office space features an iron and glass window wall with matching double doors, adding architectural interest while maintaining openness and light flow. The bathroom remodel continues the modern aesthetic with updated plumbing fixtures and a dark tile floor that adds depth and sophistication.
