THE VISION
The homeowner envisioned a light, bright home with refined accents that added warmth and personality without overwhelming the space. The goal was to balance airy, open interiors with intentional pops of color, natural wood details, and elevated finishes, creating a home that felt both timeless and welcoming.
Unique Space
The finished home is bright and welcoming, filled with natural light from large windows and an open layout. Light wood floors create an airy foundation, while accents like blue kitchen cabinetry, stained beams and vent hood trim, stained exterior doors, and gold finishes add warmth and character. A marble-tiled fireplace anchors the living room, flanked by built-ins on both sides for a balanced, symmetrical focal point. In the kitchen, a large island with bar stool seating is paired with a wine fridge, bar area, and a tucked-away pantry to keep the space functional and uncluttered. A china cabinet area with glass-front cabinetry adds a touch of elegance, while fun tile accents in the bathrooms bring in personality without disrupting the home’s cohesive feel.
